The dealer told me that it was my phone, but in fact there is a limit to the number of contacts the Mylink will sync with. Once you go over the limit, the voice commands will not work search the contact list. Not sure if it loads all the contacts. What I had to do to fix the problem is delete contacts out of my phone.
